What happens when…
…you cancel
Automatic renewal switches off. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; after that, access ends. Cancel online at any time in your Paddle account, with the link in every receipt, and you get an e-mail confirming it.
…your TradingView plan changes
Universal indicators work on every TradingView plan. The Premium indicators need a TradingView Premium plan or higher; below it, switch to the classic editions of Volume Profile and Activity Map and Volume X-Ray, which your subscription also includes. Institutional Support and Resistance Premium has no classic edition and works only on a TradingView Premium plan or higher.
…an indicator is updated
The update arrives automatically in the same TradingView script. Re-create your alerts afterwards: a TradingView alert keeps the script version it was created with.
…prices change for new subscribers
Your price stays locked while your subscription stays active without interruption. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price in effect at that time applies.
Refunds, renewal and cancellation
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation switches off automatic renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
The indicators are licensed to you by We Are Tech Sp. z o.o. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How access works

2Enter your TradingView username.
3Receive the invites to every indicator in your plan within 24 h.
4Open Indicators → Invite-only scripts on TradingView and add them to your chart.
New indicators in your tier are added to the same username. Updates arrive automatically; your TradingView plan decides how many indicators you can run on one chart.
Subscription questions
Will the price of my subscription go up?
No — not while your subscription stays active without interruption. Price lock: as long as your subscription stays active without interruption, the price of your plan (excluding taxes) will not increase — even as we add new indicators and updates to your tier. Taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax are calculated by our reseller Paddle at the rate that applies on each billing date and may change if tax law changes. The price is set in US dollars; if you pay in another currency, the amount charged may vary with the exchange rate. If you cancel and later subscribe again, the price in effect at that time applies.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stops renewing, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. You can cancel online at any time in your Paddle account, via the link in every receipt.
Will I get new indicators?
Yes. Every new TradingView indicator we publish in the Universal tier joins IQ Universal, and every new universal or Premium indicator joins IQ Premium, at the price you already pay. Tools for other platforms, such as cTrader or MetaTrader 5, are not included.
Will the Premium indicators work on my TradingView plan?
Only on a TradingView Premium plan or higher, because they read TradingView volume footprints, which scripts can access only on those plans. How are taxes handled?
Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, calculates VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout based on where you are. Prices are set in US dollars; if you pay in another currency, the amount may vary with the exchange rate.
