Momentum and Structure Oscillator is a TradingView indicator (Pine Script v6) that reads momentum, market structure, and bull/bear pressure through five switchable engines in one pane. Auto Timeframe Mode maps each chart to one of 12 calibrated profiles, zone levels are measured on real market data, and markers are confirmed at bar close. Built for intraday and swing traders.
A multi-engine oscillator instead of a stack of textbook panes
Most charts stack several oscillators, each re-tuned by hand for every timeframe, with overbought and oversold lines at 80 and 20 because a textbook put them there. A pane full of crossings says little about which ones matter.
Momentum and Structure Oscillator replaces the stack with one pane and checks what it draws. Its Stochastic and Stoch RSI zones come from each oscillator's measured distribution on 18 liquid instruments, so they hold about one eighth of all bars, and were re-checked on fresh data. Markers wait for bar close, MACD stays in price units, and at classic settings the Stochastic, RSI, MACD, and Awesome Oscillator readings match their standard definitions to the last digit. Every profile was calibrated and tested over hundreds of hours on historical charts of the most traded markets.

What you see in the pane
01
Five engines, one pane
Stochastic, Stoch RSI, MACD, Structure, and Bias Index, all with the same markers, filters, and alert.
02
Auto Timeframe Mode
12 calibrated anchors from 1m to above 1D, each with a parameter set for every engine.
03
Market structure oscillator
The Structure engine turns confirmed market-structure states from three depths into a 0–100 trend-state reading; a diamond marks a midpoint turn. Breaks drawn on price: our market structure indicator.
04
Bias Index
Bull and bear pressure as two camps against the average true range, gaps included, with optional exhaustion marks.
05
MACD in price units
Never squeezed onto a 0–100 scale, so distance from zero keeps its meaning.
06
Cleaner markers on demand
Extremes Only keeps turns out of extremes; Chop Filter hides crossings that reverse within one or two bars. The alert follows what you see.
07
Companion Gauge
The current RSI, or the bull/bear balance, as a compact gauge at the right edge of the pane.
08
Projection Paths
An optional percentile band showing how far price travelled after earlier trends in the same direction; it ends where the evidence ends.
One pane, one reading: direction, distance from the extremes, and pace.
Same indicator, three anchors: zones at 90.5/9.5, 89/11, and 88.5/11.5.
Diamonds mark turns through the structure midpoint; circles remain line crossings.
Which side is pushing, and when an impulse stops expanding.
The histogram changes sign exactly where MACD crosses its signal.
Fewer circles, same lines: only crossings out of a zone that held for a bar remain.
The current bar's RSI, without another history line.
The band summarises earlier trends and ends where the evidence ends.
How it decides what to mark
1
It maps your timeframe.
The chart is matched to the nearest of 12 anchors on a logarithmic scale; a 12-minute chart uses the 10-minute profile.
2
It reads only the chart's own bars.
No engine requests higher-timeframe data, so the only lag is the profile's smoothing.
3
It confirms at bar close.
Markers, diamonds, exhaustion marks, and the alert are evaluated on closed bars and stay once drawn.
4
It filters when you ask.
Extremes Only needs a zone reading within the last four bars; Chop Filter places the marker on the confirming bar, never back in time.
5
It says when it cannot answer.
Unsupported chart types show an incompatible-mode notice, and Projection Paths draw only steps backed by at least five earlier trends.
Built on IQ — Intelligent Quantitative
Every indicator in the family stands on the same foundation, so it reads the chart the moment you add it — and your time goes into the market, not the settings panel.
Here, Auto Timeframe Mode sets lengths, smoothing, zone levels, and the Structure horizon for the engine you choose, making it an auto timeframe indicator you add once and read on any chart, with Manual mode one switch away.
Auto-Timeframe, on by default
Your chart interval picks a calibration profile tuned over hundreds of hours of testing on historical charts of the most traded markets — gold, oil, major currency pairs, indices, stocks and crypto. Change the interval and the indicator re-tunes itself.
Manual Mode for experts
Every value the calibration sets is also a setting of yours. Full control, nothing locked behind the automation.
Dark and Light, automatically
The indicator reads your chart background and switches colours and transparency on its own. Line weights and text sizes are set by role.
One family, one visual language
The same concept wears the same colour in every indicator. Combined, they divide the chart instead of duplicating it.
Honest by construction
Events print on bar close, closed windows stay frozen, and the data behind a reading is graded or labelled. No profit promises and no hidden guesses: when the data cannot support a reading, the indicator says so.
Watch it work
Two minutes on historical charts: five engines in one pane, a crossing confirmed at bar close, and Auto Timeframe Mode re-tuning the pane from 5 minutes to 1 hour and 1 day.

Trend state, not just momentum.
EURUSD · 1h · London sessions · Structure
What you reada 0–100 trend-state line with zones at 82 and 18; diamonds mark midpoint turns, circles mark line crossings.
How to use itask “is the trend still intact?”; in Manual mode, Structure Horizon = Long keeps only persistent turns.
Limitbuilt from confirmed swings, it follows price rather than leads it.
Fewer circles, same lines: only crossings out of a zone that held for a bar remain.
Nasdaq 100 (US100) · 5m · New York cash open, 09:30–11:00 · Extremes Only + Confirm 1 Bar
